Nothing is more important than the safety, security, and peace of mind of our employees, customers, partners and guests. is seeking an experienced manager responsible for GS&S Technology Innovation including roadmap development, Product Management, and the delivery of new/upgraded products in partnership with key business partners across the company. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develops and executes the GS&S Technology Innovation Roadmap

  • Identify, test, and recommend innovative physical security technologies to address challenges facing the company and support Success From Anywhere.

  • Executes project management of multiple simultaneous security solution projects while creating and maintaining metrics for project efficacy and performance

  • Manages, tracks and presents forecasts & analyses on technology product feature requests with GS&S leaders, teams and other stakeholders

  • Manage to the definition of done, from feature acceptance criteria to meeting or exceeding business value requirements.

  • Leads business and executives in scope alignment and definition sessions, identifies program factors and drives mitigation of significant issues and risks

  • Forge and build relationships, manage dependencies, anticipate blockers, conflicts, and obstacles, and marshall appropriate resources to align and solve.

  • Ability to assess, deliver and drive adoption across the solution space with all internal & stakeholders and vendors

This position may include travel up to 20%, including international travel.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Overall experience of 5+ years in IT product development/management, and/or application system design and administration

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or ability to obtain certification w/in 1 year of hire

  • Multi-disciplinary background: Product Management, Agile Methodology, Project Management

  • Exceptional writing, research, presentation and analysis skills

  • Extensive network in the technology space/innovation network/councils in security or related field

Professional Experience/Skills Preferred

  • Demonstrable experience building successful technology programs, preferably in security or related field

  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform/products and use of solutions

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced environment

  • 2+ years experience in a corporate security organization
