Job Details, a social impact center of Salesforce, is seeking an innovation and launch content marketer to lead content strategy and coordination to surround key announcements. This person will coordinate and create compelling messaging and assets that is consistent across content channels to help guide audiences (prospects and customers) on the journey from announce to purchase, amplifying products and relevant customer stories.

This person will serve as a trusted advisor and partner to the Strategic Marketing Programs team, Product Marketing, and Salesforce Strategic Communications and PR teams. They will build strong relationships with key stakeholders at and Salesforce to ensure alignment and amplify releases across internal and external channels.

Key deliverables and projects include:

1.Develop content and communication plans for three annual product launches, bringing in relevant stakeholders to coordinate content and key messages within the assets. The portfolio of clouds include: Nonprofit Cloud, Education Cloud, Philanthropy Cloud.

2.Work with Salesforce to co-amplify innovation, products and clouds within ’s global release framework and amplify key moments across Salesforce channels.

3.Lead content and communications plan by channel for partnership announcements working with the partnerships team

4.Write and/or edit content to support customer innovation moments, in collaboration with PR, Strategic Comms, Sales and product marketing teams

5. Internal communications assets as needed for employees, partners and leadership

Skills required:

4-6 years of relevant experience in innovation/release marketing or communications roles

Desire to work in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and a positive, proactive approach

Ability to adjust to changing priorities and present creative problem solving

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience marketing to different audience types/personas and tailoring messaging for a diverse audiences

Experience in the technology marketing, nonprofit, or education sectors and sales enablement is a plus
