Hibu Inc. Marketing Automation Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana

The Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for defining the best methods to automate activity and will be instrumental in platform planning for systems and process improvements that extend across Marketing using Oracle/Eloqua and Salesforce CRM platforms. This person will be asked to monitor campaign performance, troubleshooting, metrics, compliance and deliverability health.

In addition, in this role, the manager will be responsible for guiding, evolving, and implementing the Marketing Technology vision and roadmap across the full breadth of Hibu’s MarTech capabilities and platforms. These platforms include, but are not limited to, Eloqua, Adobe & Google Analytics, Account-Based Marketing platforms and/or Intent data, website A/B testing platforms, attribution tools and knowledge of Salesforce. In this role, they will develop a holistic understanding of Hibu’s respective MarTech and Data platform needs across the customer marketing lifecycle and work closely with internal teams, including tech, to ensure the right initiatives are prioritized for implementation and closely align with our marketing priorities and business outcomes. This person will also be responsible for having knowledge of account-based marketing strategies and should have expertise in tools that help with data augmentation, content creation, increasing interactions and measurement.

The ideal is someone with strong attention to detail, has the technical know-how and the ability to multi- task in a deadline driven environment. We are looking for someone to bring our journeys to life, in an efficient automated way while integrating with CRM systems and data platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with key sales and marketing stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements for all of our marketing technologies, sales automation system (Salesforce) and marketing automation system (Eloqua) as it relates to marketing needs.

  • Automation of the company marketing activity, integrating marketing with customer contact via the CRM, delivering a joined up and optimized contact strategy

  • Defining the best methods to automate marketing activity and ensuring all communication is integrated to customer facing contacts to deliver the largest commercial gain for Hibu and our customers

  • Provide support for marketing automation and integration between Eloqua, Salesforce, other digital campaigns, forms and the corporate website.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to implement enhanced data collection and cleansing initiatives aimed at increasing actionable data for sales activities and improving marketing effectiveness/ROI analysis

  • Liaise with third party agencies to support the delivery of activity as / if required.

  • Produce weekly campaign reporting

  • Aid in automating marketing lead nurturing by configuring and maintaining Eloqua programs including contact updates, data cleansing, and email campaigns

  • Run ad hoc reports and filters to view what was happening with the campaigns and lead status in Eloqua

  • Create automated reports to be sent from Eloqua to key stakeholders

  • Provided ongoing Eloqua support and guidance to greater marketing team as needed

  • Primary point of contact for marketing tech needs

The person

  • Experience of defining Marketing automation and setting up operational processes

  • Experience of defining account-based marketing strategies

  • ‘Hands-on’ experience of building campaigns using a campaign tool such as Eloqua / Oracle

  • A collaborative team player that can manage multiple requirements concurrently.

  • Basic web development and design knowledge

  • Experience in salesforce and various CRM programs

  • Experience with marketing tech stack technologies

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and demand generation

Experience, Qualifications, Technical Requirements, Education Required/Preferred

  • 7-10 years of experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • HTML / Coding experience/JavaScript/QueryString Parameters Required

  • Excel Required

  • Marketing Automation Platform Experience Required

  • Comfortable defining technical requirements Required

  • Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics Required

  • Eloqua certified Masters Preferred

  • Salesforce experience Preferred
