THE ROLE

Plans, directs, and coordinates the Digital Content of an organization's products and/or services by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Coordinate & implement E-commerce projects, including updating and maintaining websites, monitoring job tickets, tracking due dates, and proofing content. Manage internal marketing calendar for assigned partners.

  • Analyze previous promotions and E-commerce trends to recommend marketing solutions and increase revenue.

  • Work as the liaison between the Marketing Department and Creative Services Department, E-Commerce, IT and Legends Global Merchandise internal program teams.

  • Works closely with creative services, web developers, program teams to ensure completion of all marketing materials and website updates.

  • Assisting updates to websites; adding/updating products and content as it becomes available.

  • Managing existing product information, inventory tracking, pricing, product categories and web content on two content management systems.

  • Preparing and updating photos for use on the web.

  • Organize email marketing projects, including creating and updating templates, coordinating platform migration and implementing custom campaigns as needed.

  • Oversee social media accounts, including planning and scheduling campaigns and communicating to customers on Facebook and Twitter.

  • Work with external partners for managing jobs and timelines on E-commerce and email marketing projects.

  • Work with outside agencies, including paid search, paid social and affiliate marketing.

  • Provide end user support for E-commerce and email marketing content systems.

  • Work with internal data team, providing analytics within LGM and any LGM partners.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training.

  • The ability to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Knowledge of Shopify Platform not a requirement, but a plus.

  • This position requires that the person be highly organized, self-motivated individual who can work independently.

  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.

  • Optional product photography experience a plus.

  • Strong team player.

  • Practice TCE (Total Customer Service).
