The global employer brand team is responsible for award programs like these, and the team plays a vital role in aligning employer brand key messages and amplifying employee stories across all internal and external channels to resonate with employees, candidates, and customers.

Your Impact:

The Marketing Manager, Employer Brand will fill a critical role on the employer brand team, serving as a true content specialist, tasked to write impactful and engaging content for a wide variety of employer brand projects which may include EVP activation, employer brand awards, targeted creative campaigns, blog content, social media campaigns, and other engagement tactics. They will be a self-starter with a strong aptitude for information gathering and a demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder and vendor relationships in order to take multiple projects over the finish line.

Minimum Requirements :

  • A love for writing

  • Social media marketing experience

  • Strong accountability and resolution skills

  • Extreme attention to detail

  • Flexibility to react to messaging changes

  • Ability to problem solve

  • Collaborative attitude as they work across a wide variety of stakeholders

  • Ability to lead a cross-functional initiative and team

  • 7+ years professional experience

Preferred Requirements:

  • Understanding of strategic marketing communications

  • Experience with brand-centric creative requirements to ensure high performing and on-brand creative output
