Facebook’s Global Attract Team is seeking a creative and qualitative marketer to build, program manage and execute our external diversity partnership strategy as part of our diversity focused employment brand team. As the Marketing Program Manager for Global Diversity Partnerships, you will manage relationships with external diversity organizations to build and strengthen Facebook’s employer and recruiting brand. In this role, you will leverage omni-channel marketing experience to manage multi-channel partnership opportunities to life. You will bring an integrated marketing lens to drive and manage the development and implementation of our external strategic diversity partnerships including: creating the roadmap, evaluating competitive marketing insights and tracking program metrics and benchmarks. You will work with global cross-functional internal teams to execute partnership agreements, develop frameworks, processes and procedures to implement functional strategic brand building across our partner channels. You will track progress and measure outcomes across our regional and global programming. This critical role on the Recruiting Team will benefit from close partnerships with Corporate Diversity, Central Diversity Recruiting, People Operations and organization leaders, and requires close collaboration with leadership and diversity stakeholders across the company.

Required Skills:

  1. Scale external diversity strategic partnerships program and strategy globally across recruiting and organization leaders. Establish strategic partnership approaches rooted in supporting our corporate diversity and recruitment goals and priorities

  2. Identify, evaluate, cultivate, and maintain relationships with external diversity partner communities including but not limited to: Blavity, dev/color, Latinas in Tech, Anita Borg Institute

  3. Overall strong management and execution of partnership marketing activations, including: development and planning, research, communications, briefings, production, vendor/partner management and reporting

  4. Conduct market and program research to provide relevant data, analysis, and recommendations to guide decision making across all assigned programs and activations focused on strategic partnership efforts

  5. Cross-collaborate with internal partners to craft the strategy and goals of our external strategic partnership program

  6. Collaborate with the external and internal cross-functional partners to operationalize, scale, and execute diversity activities identified as part of the agreement (such as events, social media activations, outreach efforts, data tracking and collection)

  7. Lead project management efforts to see strategic partnership roadmap through to execution. Ensure project goals, timelines and budget parameters are maintained and key programs are communicated both internally and externally

  8. Plan and manage program budgets and partner with procurement, finance, legal and others to oversee contracts, financial transactions and compliance of all partnership agreements

  9. Communicate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment between company messaging, recruiting goals and partnership engagement

  10. Champion diversity internally and externally by approaching programming with diversity, equity and inclusion across all elements and experiences

  11. Able to travel up to 10% of the time

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of experience in multi- or omni-channel marketing including experience designing and running integrated marketing campaigns

  2. 5+ years of project/program management experience and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance

  3. Experience identifying and building strategic partnerships while working in a cross-functional environment with leadership

  4. Experience collaborating on scaling programs, initiatives or projects globally

  5. Knowledge of diversity and understanding of the challenges and root causes underrepresented minorities face

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years experience in managing multicultural marketing or diversity and inclusion programs

  2. Experience managing strategic partnerships including reviewing, evaluating and negotiating partnership proposals and agreements

  3. Operational and organizational knowledge with an eye for increasing individual, team and organizational effectiveness

  4. Creative and data-driven approach to solving problems and experience pulling, processing, and presenting data to support proposed plans

  5. Experience exercising consistent independent judgment and discretion in matters of significancexercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance

  6. Knowledge with navigating ambiguity and making recommendations to move forward

  7. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Programs, Outlook, Google Suite, Marketing Tools (i.e. InDesign, Photoshop), etc.
