Our Digital and Emerging Technology competency within the Technology Consulting Practice primarily focuses on the evaluation, design, customization and optimization of Digital and Cloud based solutions. Our team typically works with Fortune 1000 clients across a variety of industries including Manufacturing/Supply Chain, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Energy/Utilities, Consumer Products, Technology, Transportation, Telecommunications and Entertainment/Media.

Our Digital and Emerging Technology practice is made up of four distinct solution areas: Customer solutions, Enterprise solutions, Operations solutions and our underlying Delivery team, which flows through all solution areas. These service areas span competency in E-commerce, UI/UX, Solution Architecture, Mobile Applications, Integration and testing, Digital Platform Architecture, Cloud Advisory Services, Digital Technology Strategy, and Digital IT Operations.

We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior level candidate. The successful Senior will work with and through our EY area offices and client sites to assist clients with a variety of needs focused on our Digital and Emerging Technology solution offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and lead Technology Consulting services by working in project teams through agreed upon phases of projectgovernance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis,customization, testing, training and rollout of a client's project lifecycle.

  • Lead team members indeveloping applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thoughtleadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the Digital and EmergingTechnology Advisory market.

  • Provide broadtechnical and/or functional knowledge of various key technology and businessplatforms.

  • Team with clienttechnology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances.

  • Develop long-termrelationships and networks both internally and externally.

  • Lead and work with ateam of technology professionals through all phases of the technologylifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture, design, conversion,and testing.

  • Interact andcommunicate effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s Degree inComputer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

  • 3+ years’ experience onmobile projects (native development using Java/Android or Swift/Apple)

  • Technical experienceto include but not limited to: Enterprise Mobile Architecture; Mobile Servicedesign and Solution modeling, Extensive experience with MEAP/MADP providers;experience leading mobile app development efforts; Fluency with n-tier andNative/Hybrid architecture

  • Solid understandingof vendor agnostic concepts on best practice design and modeling of complex,cloud and on-premise systems utilizing the latest in technology trends such asXaas

  • Must have worked withMADP / MEAP tools and built custom mobile backend platforms

  • Must have led teamssmall to mid-size teams in overseeing commerce implementations

  • Understanding ofdeveloping reusable design concepts across multiple platforms and devices.

  • Experiencetranslating user generated/BA documentation on business needs into actionablestructure and design.

  • Executive demeanorand presence

  • TOGAF, CSM/OR PMP certified preferred

  • Ability to communicate clearly, conciselyand to explain technical concepts to a functional audience

  • Strongability to listen and understand the question and develop and deliver clearinsights

  • A valid driver’s license in the US; willingnessand ability to travel to meet client needs
