Responsible for digital marketing of products or services in support of Oracle's demand generation strategy using tools to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience with new technology platforms and innovations.
Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness. Executes online marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social marketing, and viral marketing to create buzz and inbound demand responses. Drive traffic which ultimately generates sales pipeline. Translates ideas used in demand generation into promotional marketing campaigns and advertising personas. Ensures localized content is leveraged for all digital marketing channels including, web, social, paid advertising and outbound emails Conducts analysis for programs effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs. Collects and analyzes digital/internet/website/mobile data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic and activities to support marketing and campaign optimization, lead generation for sales, product and engineering teams for continuous improvements to product and data driven decision making. Applies statistics-based market intelligence to business issues and formulates recommendations on optimizing the user experience and help drive business outcomes. Monitors and analyzes site performance and reviews tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase search engine ranking and creating marketing personas/audience profiles. Researches and evaluates new technology trends and identifies new optimization opportunities. Manage online advertising relationship and local social media agencies.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. BA/BS degree or equivalent. Proficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture and mobile platforms.

As a Field Marketer for North America, you will own the strategy, goals and targets for regional programs that drive business for specific sales plays and customer segments. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of marketers, business development experts and sales leaders to plan, execute and measure marketing programs by regionalizing global campaigns to generate quality leads thatdriveboth pipeline and cloud consumption. Regional campaigns will leverage an integrated marketing mix including ABM, digital, email, virtual events, social media and more.
As a key extension of the sales team, you will participate in regular team meetings as well as forecast meetings to understand the territory strategy and pipeline mix.
Drive awareness and demand for Oracle’s PaaS and IaaS solutions.
Develop, communicate and execute a regional campaign strategy to achieve target number of attendees, MQL and pipeline.
Create and execute programs that grow pipeline, drive cloud consumption, increased account engagement and increased contactable customers. Program execution includes negotiating terms with vendors, processing contracts and purchase orders, setting program parameters and targets, ensuring accurate lead capture and import, and monitoring follow up cycles with sales (lead flow and conversion).
Execute a structured demand generation plan that meets the agreed requirements of Oracle Technology branding campaigns.
Analyze and report on results and suggest enhancements to improve current and future activities
Form direct relationships with your key field sales and Oracle Digital stakeholders, ensuring sales priorities are met within your marketing activities.
Work closely with other stakeholders that will help you meet your objectives e.g. the digital & event central marketing team, BDC (Business Development Consultants), customer marketing team, PR & social media and marketing operations.
Accountable for compliance & policies along the different initiatives including the retention folders management.
Communicate regular progress & updates to your key stakeholders and your marketing management
Qualifications OR PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
10-15 years of proven field marketing track record in software technology ideally IaaS or PaaS years of marketing experience at top tier tech companies
Deep expertise in marketing across many different functional areas including field marketing, digital marketing, events and account-based marketing
Proven track record executing multi-faceted multi-touch programs across customer journeys and leveraging a modern marketing mix including ABM, social media, digital/web, SEO, marketing automation, content led marketing, inbound, virtual events, etc.
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and conflict resolution skills.
Very strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills; must be able to prepare presentations and be comfortable speaking to groups; must be comfortable dealing with sales/executive management; must be able to massage content to suite specific and targeting programs, customers, and industries.
Ability to provide consultative input to senior sales leaders.
Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work as part of a distributed virtual team.
Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow with project management skills, follow-through and ability to adhere to compliance policies.
Understands principles of Sales business, revenue and pipeline management
Strong focus on showcasing ROI and leveraging data and analytics to improve programs and campaigns.
Ability to navigate in large, complex & matrixed organizations.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or other relevant field of study or equivalent experience
