Description

The Workforce Ready (WFR) System Integrator (SI) Partner Business is growing and evolving! The Partner Program Manager position is an opportunity to join a team of inspired and motivated individuals who are responsible to own and manage a practice of implementation services delivered via Partners.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Kronos-partner assignment and incentive agreement (via SOW) to drive partner profitability

• Reinforce Partner Program and tailor for partner-specific needs to drive delivery quality

• Proactively surface implementation risk and design & own resolution plans in partnership with partner

• Enforce accreditation agreement and outcomes

• Roll out new strategic initiatives to partners, often in collaboration with several cross functional teams

Qualifications

•5 plus years of partner program work experience

•Broad knowledge of HRMS, Payroll, Time & Labor management, or similar domain knowledge

•Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills as well as ability to work as part of a project team

•Strong experience scheduling, preparing presentations and status reports

•Ability to perform multiple tasks ranging from account management to coaching other team members

•Experience with cloud-base software preferred and working with Workforce Ready (WFR) product is a plus

•Experience managing an implementation team and/or project management is a plus
