Were looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.Organization Overview:The Lilly Professional Apprenticeship Program is a 12-month intensive fixed duration (FDE) professional development program during which the apprentice receives a combination of formal training, on-the-job learning, and mentoring in a key functional area to be equipped to compete for a Lilly position after successful completion of the apprenticeship.Join the Integrated Services Portfolio Management Office (PMO) in Global Business Solutions. Our team supports the portfolio and project management processes across Lillys SAP landscape. As an IS PMO apprentice, you will help to facilitate and coordinate the global PMO processes that Lilly IT, Subject Matter Experts, and Master Data teams across VandC and Supply Chain have agreed to follow.Responsibilities:Support PMO efforts as assigned in the following areas:Manage access, security, and license changes for PMO toolsProject support and follow-upResource assignmentProject statusMonthly charge out processLessons learnedMonitor and update master data within the PMO toolTest new tool and reporting functionalityTraining and documentation for PMO tools and processesProvide business support for PMO tools and reporting solutionsContinuous Improvement Projects/Additional WorkCollaborate with IS PMO team, Integrated Services, and IDS to initiate and execute continuous improvement projectsBasic Qualifications:HS Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of related or professional experience.Proven experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
