Description Role: Problem Manager Type: Contract to Hire Location: Indianapolis Apex Systems, a national leader in IT staffing and solutions, is looking for a Problem Manager for a large client in Indianapolis, IN. This is a contract to hire role in an enterprise environment. We are looking for a solution oriented person with a background in business analysis and experience with applications. The Problem Manager should be process driven with ITIL experience and preferably Six Sigma certified. Experience working with developers is highly preferred. Duties: Defines functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system Creates and performs feature testing and determines environmental needs Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business Partners with business, architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction Works with the IT learning organization to mentor and assist in training initiatives and performs estimates for application functionality enhancements Develops use cases Please reach out if interested!
