Oracle Product Strategy Lead, TV (odc_prod-dev_us) in Indianapolis, Indiana
Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

Position Description – Product Strategy Lead, TV
Product Strategy Lead, TV will offer strategic direction for Oracle’s TV/Video product suite by aligning with ODC go-to-market leaders and our partners to identify customer needs and understand market trends. Working with various stakeholders, Product Strategy Lead will identify market needs and effectively facilitate the prioritization and execution of revenue driving and innovative product initiatives. This role also includes aspects of business development/sales, product management and commercialization to ensure success of Oracle’s TV product suite with existing and new Oracle customers.
In addition to product thought leadership and strategy, candidate must have commercial experience and expertise. Candidate must also have a deep understanding of the AdTech/MarTech ecosystem, ideally with experience in TV/Video products. They should be able to understand technical product features and functionality, all marketing use cases supported by these products, and the competitive landscape.
This position reports to the Head of Product Strategy and will lead initiatives focused on creating and evolving Oracle Data Cloud’s TV product offering for our brand, channel, publisher, and agency partners.
Operate as strategy lead between ODC Go-to-market and Product operations
Work across all go-to-market teams (brand, channel, publisher & agency) to drive direction of Oracle TV/Video products
Find the right balance of executing on immediate revenue opportunities, in support of market requests, and new product innovation
Participate as a subject matter expert in high-level client and partner presentations/communications
Serve as thought leader and SME support for ODC Brand and Channel partnerships teams
Support Sales Engineering team, ensuring products are ready to be commercialized by ODC go-to-market team
Work with Commercialization and Product Marketing to align on market messaging, marketing initiatives, pricing models and product success plan
Work closely with Oracle’s Product Management and Engineering teams to prioritize and execute on new products and features, create documentation, and ensure success through testing and deployment
Required Skills and Experience
7 years of AdTech/Martech experience in: TV/Video, Audio, Product Strategy, Measurement, Contextual Intelligence, Verification, Digital Media, Product Management, Sales Engineering and/or Business Development
Deep knowledge of the TV data landscape, including: measurement, context, analytics, insights, AdTech and MarTech industries, competitive landscape, capabilities, and data driven digital marketing
Demonstrated success in leadership positions
Demonstrated track record of building successful client interactions with strongcommunication and relationship management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical, and strategic thinking skills
Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and be flexible within a fast-paced and changing environment
NYC or San Francisco location preferred
Travel up to 25%
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
