Positions must be located within 1 hour from an Anthem office. Preferred locations: VA, IN, OH, KS

Program Director - Product Configuration : Responsible for analyzing pre and post go live issues related to the front end product/benefit configuration processes related to Migrations, and ultimately triage from identification to resolution and root cause. Will lead and execute any and all activities related to the entire front end product / benefit configuration process.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Review/respond to product issues using collaboration tool

• Coordinate or participate in meetings with appropriate teams to resolve issues

• Provide communications to stakeholders through issue management tracking

• Provides subject matter expertise in response to day to day migration issues; researches applicable subject matter practices.

• Partners with Account Managers and regional business areas.

• Develops documentation to support meeting presentations and the tracking and reporting of the migration success.

Provides leadership to program managers and project managers. .

• Ensure client custom HLBRs are documented and shared with Execution teams. (more of an oversight role, may require some coordination if the work is not getting done)

• Facilitated ‘client briefings’ to capture client specific attributes for holistic picture/needs in preparation for migration

readiness.

• Monitor Execution tasks with the aligned functional Execution leads and PMs to ensure deliverables are on track for migration readiness.

• Assist with escalations where necessary (e.g. for resources, issues, etc).

• Liaison to work with leads to help with client specific questions that require reach out to Implementation Coordinators and Account Managers.

• Liaison with program partner to help track down issues/questions.

• Ensure risks/issues are being logged at the appropriate level.

• Ensure legacy data is filtered to the new destination platform

• Weekly project team meetings with key project team members.

• Weekly status tracking.

Program Director - SWAT Analysis: Responsible for aligning pre and post production (Command Center) escalations and E2E pre-go live items that need solutioning. Serves as a thought leader regarding issue resolution from end to end, root cause analysis to solution, improvements of end to end processes, with integration points in key business areas,

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Lead issue intake, provide root cause analysis to determine approach for mitigation for expedited resolution.

• Communicate Issue resolution and execution plan to provide resolution to leadership. Ability to tell the story from an operational standpoint translate to business.

• Plans, coordinates, and leads the execution of all elements for issues resolution

• Leads initiatives from assessment through implementation of solutions and ensures that business controls are put in place to monitor sustainability of process improvements.

• Builds consensus across organizational functional areas, lead root cause analysis, uncover trends, contribute to solution definition and determine best practices both internally and externally. Identifies and resolves tactical and strategic, high-priority organizational and business issues (SWAT team approach.).

Requires a BA/BS degree; 10 + years of experience in external client facing program management, project management; complex business processes, strategic and business planning; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA preferred. Project management certification (PMP) preferred. Member migration experience a plus.

WGS and/or NASCO platform knowledge a plus.
