Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

PMO Program Manager
The North America Cloud Engineering (NACE) Organization is continually evolving its capabilities, processes and tooling in order to achieve its goal of growing our customer’s cloud utilization by running their workloads on our cloud. In order to meet our goals, the NACE PMO organization is responsible for providing the systems, operational capabilities and metrics for weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews to measure the inputs and outputs of the organization. The Program Manager role is responsible for the development and implementation of the operating model and the systems and software applications that support the organization as well as the analytics and reporting that provide the metrics for how the business is performing.
There are a series of global and regional applications and tools that are in place today and under development for future use spanning a broad range of technologies. The person in this role will be responsible for understanding the business process and then model it in the database as well as build the application layer where necessary to achieve the desired result. In addition, they would also be responsible for sourcing the data from the various disparate systems and present the data in a manner that is ingestible into our analytics and reporting tools to provide the entire “Pitch to Production” lifecycle back to the business.
Program Manager Responsibilities include:
Working with the CE Pillar teams and the NACE PMO to develop and refine the business processes to optimize the operational capabilities as well as KPIs and metrics to analyze the business
Modeling the business process and interpreting that into the data model
Developing the application layer in the appropriate application development environment to enable the process where needed
Define and code the Extract/Transform/Load capabilities to build the enterprise data model
Define the algorithms to generate the KPIs required to measure the business
Design and build these environments in a loosely coupled manner in order to be able to be agile as the business changes
Recommend technical architectures to support the business
Program Manager Skills and Experience should include:
10 years of technical development working with customers to address business and IT goals and objectives with technology solutions
Have a data-driven mindset and passion focused on developing deep business, product and customer insights
Strong organizational, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to synthesize complex elements into crisp and robust stories for audiences of variable technical levels
Active involvement with Oracle Cloud services - familiarity with ATP, APEX, ODI, SQL, PL/SQL, REST as well as a programming language such as Java, Python, Go
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Science or related field; or equivalent experience.
