Job Details

As an Associate Analyst, Resource Management you will start staffing of Professional Services resources and manage capacity. You will use analytical and problem-solving skills to properly load balance and service our clients.

Under the Resource Manager's responsibility, you will learn the effectiveness and productivity of the CSG Staffing and Resource Utilization and Planning team in the AMER geography. To be successful in this role, you will:

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist the allocation of resources for certain projects and advisory assignments for Salesforce in a Region Sub-Territory

  • Assist the Region Lead to ensure accurate and timely assignments for the resources to the projects.

  • Assist the Manager in managing resource schedules for staffing; learn the Forecasting process

  • Understand the delivery of performance statistics for the health of the business in a format consumable by all of our stakeholders

  • Help Region Lead in minimizing our resource bench, by providing a balance forward looking view of our business pipeline

  • Understand the best practice tools to manage and report on the business in a timely fashion

  • Help ensure all resources are reporting their utilization levels in a timely manner

Basic Requirements

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • 3+ years in related experience with a Bachelor degree

  • Familiar with Business Processes knowledge in a Services/Professional Services/Consulting operations division.

  • Acquire communication skills and learn the ability to influence at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to learn processes and procedures and assist Resource Manager in decision making.

  • Experience with a CRM system is a plus

  • Field operations experience preferred

  • Experience of working in an operational role, with changing priorities and remain focused on excellent results

Role Specific Skills

Willingness to develop a good understanding of the operational tools and processes that support the business, and to act as a back up to the Operations team when required.
