This role will provide administrative support services to development, policy, and governance teams, working in streamlining and automating Application Security services in cross team collaboration and audit support. This position leads all manual penetration testing and remediation validation, including those for high profile clients. This individual should also be able to perform technical research duties, and provide recommendations on third party libraries.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Participates and completes tasks associated with the implementations for systems and network security technologies; executes testing plans; coordinates and prepares reporting of data security events and incidents; provides system and network architecture support; provides technical support to business and technology associates.

  • Provides trouble resolution on complex issues.

  • Performs system and network upgrade tasks.

  • Designs and analyzes vendor services and information security requirements; maintains relationship with key vendors.

  • Participates and completes lights-on initiatives to consolidate equipment and/or implement business relocations.

  • Performs complex configuration changes to meet business and information security requirements.

  • Performs capacity analysis; recommends and implements capacity increases.

  • Responds to Level 3 and 4 change and problem requests; leads Level 1 and 2 incident recoveries and root cause analysis.



  • Requires a BA/BS; 3+ years of experience in a support and operations or design and engineering role; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Technical security certifications (e.g. Systems Security Certified Practitioner) preferred.

  • Reporting and Metrics experience

  • Project Coordinator experience of at least 6-7 years

  • Technical and program documentation experience

  • Fast learner and self-starter

  • Information Security background preferred, IT reporting background required

  • Strong Analytical skills and process driven

  • Self-starter with strong communication skills

  • Experience and familiarity with various IT industry and standards audit is preferred. Eg. HIPAA, SOC II, PCI etc.

  • Ability to work with confidential data. Must have strong prioritization skills in addition to good statistical and critical thinking skills.

  • Experience and knowledge with SharePoint, Nintex, InfoPath, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Service Now, Access and Power BI is preferred

  • Managing internal processes and communicating metrics according to Application security clients

  • Experience with technical and process documentation
