This job is responsible for the collection, analysis, production and dissemination of timely, relevant, and accurate information that will aid in protecting both the brand and the safety and security of company personnel, global assets and operations. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
•Monitor and analyze open source information to identify global geopolitical issues that could impact company personnel, assets or operations to develop intelligence products that drive decisions made by the Corporate Security department; •Data mine and analyze various social media platforms to identify potential risks to Anthem assets and communicate these risks to department/company leadership. •Develop actionable insights and recommendations from gathered open source information to support decision-making and provide early warning of physical and operational risks to the company to identify potential risks to Anthem assets and communicate these risks to department/company leadership. •Provide intelligence support to threat management, protective operations, and travel risk management programs to assist in the protection of Anthem associates at work, home or on travel •Assist in establishing Standing and Priority Intelligence Requirements for department to set the vision of the department and help execute this vision. •Position requires Analyst to be on call during off-business hours, in the event of a crisis situation.

Qualifications

Requires Bachelors degree in Intelligence, International Studies, Journalism or related field required; 1-2 years experience conducting all-source data analysis required; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Previous international security experienced preferred.
