...if so, we want to talk with you!Salesforce is looking for a Senior Business Solutions Analyst with an extensive background in delivering global and scalable solutions in HRIS systems. The successful leader in this role will be an advocate for the interests of the ES organization, while at the same time supporting the Director, ES IT Strategy, Planning and Support on the long range ES technology roadmap and fiscal planning. Your impact:Primary Responsibilities:1. Provide expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, facilitation and needs analysis
Defines business requirements, creates practical specifications and performs fit/gap analysis.
In conjunction with the HR Process Analyst, research, evaluate, recommend and implement high quality business process improvements utilizing the enterprise platforms.
Assess risks and impacts of business requirements and process changes.
Accurately and effectively communicate stakeholder needs to bridge the gap between business areas and enterprise platforms.
Understand and interpret the diverse issues and requirements of stakeholders which may sometimes conflict and facilitate/negotiate with stakeholders to design solutions that meet overall business needs.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, convert high-level information into details, convert technical information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and other business analysis techniques.
Leverage Salesforce platform capabilities to meet the needs of HR stakeholders by analyzing and understanding the capabilities of the enterprise platforms that can be leveraged to support HR processes.
- Support the ES IT portfolio and functional IT implementation
Lead translation of our Salesforce platform roadmap into detailed actionable technology priorities and understand the detailed enterprise system(s) implications along the way.
Actively participate in the successful functional implementation of, and updates to, a variety of HR technologies including but not limited to Salesforce and other integrated systems.
Be a support resource to the HRIS team.
- Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships and gain consensus with all internal and external stakeholders
Serve as a conduit between the customer community and the business technology product teams through which requirements flow.
Use experimentation and proof of concept to quickly iterate and build consensus.
Support the Director, ES IT Strategy, Planning and Support, with annual ES IT portfolio planning and governance ensuring alignment to the 3 year ES Technology strategy.
Develop forward leaning solutions through strong stakeholder relationship management within Employee Success itself and with Business Technology leadership and staff.
Keep key Salesforce enhancement needs and progress surfaced to Leadership teams.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business or related field
Strong understanding of HR processes and data
3-5 years of HRIS/HR analyst experience
3+ years of HR SaaS solutions (Salesforce strongly preferred)
Experience with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
