What does and outstanding Sr. Pre-Sales Solution Consultant do?

As a Senior Pre-Sales Solution Consultant, you will support Sales Executives at key points during complex sales to mid-size to large banks and large credit unions. You will be an expert in the capabilities of our Dynamics 365-based banking CRM solution and stay current on rapidly evolving Microsoft Dynamics 365 features. You will tailor software demonstrations to the needs of each client / prospect and assist in the completion of RFP responses and creation of proposals. You will evangelize our value proposition to business and technical audiences across retail and commercial banking, from front-line users to senior executives.

You can look forward to:

  • Developing and maintaining expert level knowledge of Fiserv's banking CRM solution capabilities with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, Power Platform

  • Developing a deep understanding of sales & service challenges and priorities for commercial and retail banking

  • Maintaining and further developing credible, high-level understanding of cloud computing concepts and Azure services

  • Developing a general understanding of the interrelationship of other banking systems vis-à-vis CRM

  • Participating in client discovery sessions to identify client priorities and requirements

  • Thoroughly preparing for demonstrations by writing scenario-based scripts, prepping environments and rehearsing with team members

  • Delivering engaging, pertinent presentations and demonstrations, tailored to each audience

  • Collaborating with Sales Executives and Technical Pre-Sales Architects to define scope of proposed solution (i.e., modules, features, custom integrations), align value proposition to client priorities, and differentiate from competitors

  • Partnering with Technical Pre-sales Architects and Implementation Consultants to customize demo environments for client use cases

  • Working with Implementation Consultants to develop cost estimates and implementation proposals

  • Maintaining standard templates for sales presentations and proposals and RFP response library

  • Representing Fiserv and our solutions at tradeshows and deliver presentations at conferences

  • Providing feedback to Product Management regarding market strategy and product design

Basic qualifications required for consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a pre-sales consultant involved in sales of enterprise CRM solutions to financial services companies. Equivalent experience within a financial institution, in a role focused on demonstrating and evangelizing an enterprise CRM solution will also be considered.

  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications and Power Platform is preferred. Similar expert knowledge of comparable platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle) will also be considered.
