Role Description: The Business Technology Employee Success team is seeking a Senior Product Analyst with a background in data analysis/reporting, automation, product management, agile practices and enterprise applications. You will be a key contributor on the product management team, focused on building an enterprise level application suite to help our employees do their best work.

Your impact: The successful candidate must possess strong analytical, communication, leadership and technical skills in the area of information technology specifically in Business Intelligence, Analytics & Data Warehouse. This person will need to be able to quickly learn the business and technology domain and be able to apply the knowledge in conjunction with his/her product management and technology skills and experience to deliver the projects.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with at least 4 years of hands-on experience as a business system analyst type role implementing and/or leading enterprise software, specifically in the areas of enterprise system, application, reporting, agile practices, requirement gathering and story writing

  • Experience working with both business and technical teams, coordinating solution design, development/configuration, and deployment across multi-dimensional teams.

  • Proven ability to coordinate a diverse set of business users to develop cohesive and streamlined requirements, documentation and user acceptance criteria.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written communications as well as receptive listening skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience with leading technologies and platforms, such as Salesforce, AWS, Oracle and other Cloud Platforms/Systems.

  • Background in conversational AI, chatbot, and automation approach and technology

  • Technical experience in programming and/or system/application administration.

  • Concepts & fundamentals of Data Warehousing knowledge
