Overview

The LifePRO Senior Solution Specialist (Sales/Marketing) creates solutions related to LifePRO, a life, health and annuity policy administration system, the LifePRO Digital Suite (LDS), analytics dashboard, and datamart and integration to third-party systems. This includes communicating solutions at varying levels of detail for internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

The LifePRO Senior Solution Specialist (Sales/Marketing) creates solutions related to LifePRO, a life, health and annuity policy administration system, the LifePRO Digital Suite (LDS), analytics dashboard, and datamart and integration to third-party systems. This includes communicating solutions at varying levels of detail for internal and external audiences.

Primary responsibilities for this position include the following activities:

  • Architect high-level solutions, with assumptions, for complex life, health and annuity implementations in the following delivery models and channels: Private Cloud, L&M; Direct to consumer, agent led interview, telesales, paper application, and other channels;

  • Be the business focused expert for current and planned LDS functionality and detailed knowledge of features and functions per LDS module (eApp, eQuote, workflow, underwriters workbench, rules engine(s), document generation;

  • Develop and maintain end to end working examples for sales demos for each of the modules, and be able to configure example solutions;

  • Create and perform high-level demonstrations of LifePRO, LDS, analytics dashboard, and datamart to influencers, analysts, EXL teams and prospective clients

  • Create and maintain sales and solutions kit – presentations, platform features, functions and value propositions, solution design data gathering templates;

  • Design, create, maintain and deliver presentations that educate about LDS value proposition in the marketplace; Communicate value proposition, and related solutions to EXL clients and prospects; Maintain a library of presentations specific to project phases, line-of-business processing, delivery models

  • Primary point of LDS representation for: Marketing-related Trade Organizations, design content for collateral, Represent LifePRO and LDS at industry conferences;

  • Key resources and primary point of LDS representation for influencers and analysts;

  • Serve as LDS SME for all external RFIs and RFPs, regardless of delivery model or source, and develop a catalog of responses to common question and requested data;

  • Develop and maintain an SDLC focused project estimation for resources, timelines, including cost of delivery and estimated profitability;

  • Understand competitive positioning and identify opportunities to expand the value of the solution based on market forces;

  • Support the Digital Agency effort;

Accept additional duties as required by the business needs

Qualifications

  • 4-5+ years progressive experience in sales or sales support

  • Ability to organize and lead sales pursuits, make presentations to prospects, clients and internally to demonstrate the value of the EXL solutions

  • Requirements gathering and project estimation

  • RFI/RFP response creation

  • Solution selling, Life, Health and Annuity policy administration systems

  • Understanding of: product configuration, enterprise integration, system modification

  • High level understanding of the life, health and annuity market, including the operational differences related to processing different types ofinsurance
