Job Duties
Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
This position is required to perform all Service Desk functions including,but not limited to, answering calls, creating help tickets, assisting callerswith issues, documenting those issues, and re-routing calls and tickets asapplicable.
Experience
Two years customer service experience or experience providing technical support to end users.
Education
High School Diploma or GED.
Skills
Strong technical skills and the ability to learn and apply newtechnologies.
Operation or process-oriented approach to tasks – complete tasks in aconsistent, reliable, repeatable manner.
Follow established policies.
Ability to work under pressure.
Desire to be helpful in ANY situation.
Demonstrate the ability to operate effectively.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures withinthe Service Desk or Help Desk field.
