Job Duties

  • Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.

  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.

  • This position is required to perform all Service Desk functions including,but not limited to, answering calls, creating help tickets, assisting callerswith issues, documenting those issues, and re-routing calls and tickets asapplicable.


Two years customer service experience or experience providing technical support to end users.


High School Diploma or GED.


  • Strong technical skills and the ability to learn and apply newtechnologies.

  • Operation or process-oriented approach to tasks – complete tasks in aconsistent, reliable, repeatable manner.

  • Follow established policies.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Desire to be helpful in ANY situation.

  • Demonstrate the ability to operate effectively.

  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures withinthe Service Desk or Help Desk field.
