Support and promote innovative solutions and strategies and communicate objectives and timelines to management. Maintain laboratory instruments and perform validations. Provide guidance, and training to the Bioanalytical Laboratory Technicians ensuring good laboratory practices. Support scientific staff in maintaining a clean and organized working environment. Perform work in accordance with ICH E6 Guideline for Good Clinical Practice.
Responsible for maintenance schedules for laboratory equipment.
Maintain, clean, and check calibration of instrumentation and/or equipment including but not limited to pipettes, centrifuges, balances, freezers, shakers and plate washers, TurboVaps, SpeedVacs, and water purifiers at all IQVIA Facilities.
Investigate malfunctions and perform repairs, or contact repair agencies as necessary.
Perform calibration checks and in-house maintenance for endpoint readers
Maintain equipment records and maintenance logs in compliance with IQVIA standard operating procedures and GLP regulations.
Ability to trouble-shoot and perform minor repairs to daily use equipment.
Demonstrated subject matter expertise.

Oral/written communication skills and customer-client orientation.

Ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to maintain clean and efficient laboratory operations.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Requires 2-5 years of laboratory equipment experience.
Requires broad knowledge of operational systems and practices gained through experience and/or education.
HS Diploma or equivalent
