RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible to assist with supporting GMP facilities, utilities, equipment and maintenance functions. Responsibilities may also include GMARS data integrity, electrical, plant steam and condensate, heating hot water, chilled water, glycol, compressed gasses, and HVAC systems.
This position also assists Facility Engineers and the Maintenance organization with GMARS job plans, data sheets and overall data integrity to existing equipment and with new installations following all applicable regulatory and business processes
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain the integrity of CMMS data (i.e., asset, location, criticality, job plan, data sheet, calibration specifications, and spare part information).
Maintain and/or support assigned systems. Ensure maintenance, changes, and any other intervention does not adversely impact the qualified state or scheduled availability of the systems.
Ensure quality, environmental and safety items for the systems are completed as scheduled (e.g., deviations and actions, changes and implementation steps, PQEs).
Successfully defend the data and maintenance strategy for systems during both internal and external audits.
Provide general engineering and project supportto CBRE Project Engineers, Eli Lilly Process Engineers, maintenance personnel, and others as needed.
Assist with facility and utility projects, participating in design,commissioning, qualification, and identifying maintenance strategies and PMs.
Maintain the accuracy of drawing (P&ID) information.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated ability to work independently, be self-motivated and have strong organizational skills.
GMARS or other CMMS systems.
Project management and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy. Able to deal effectively with conflicting priorities and to organize multiple tasks with an appropriate sense of urgency.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Recommended:
Manufacturing Quality System; GMP environment (Deviation, Change Control, qualification, commissioning.)
CAPA, Trackwise, FMEA
Minimum of five years experience in engineering, facilities maintenance and/or utilities operations.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Associate Degree in a technical discipline.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles and to understand operating budgets. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Uses personal computer work order system, email, ESS and training. Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook. Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
