Expectations:
7+ years of UX experience.
Self-starting, self-directed, self-motivated.
Good communication skills. Knowing when to lead and when to follow
Strong portfolioSketching ExperienceAble to manage time across several projects simultaneously
Comfortable in leadership role
Experience working on native apps for iOS and/or Android; able to articulate the differences in UX design approach/tradeoffs for each system
Experience in preparing files/documentation/assets for transfer to Engineering team
Minimum 3-year experience in app/software development
Familiarity with the software packages below are required:Adobe creative suite (illustrator/photoshop is a must. Other adobe program understanding is nice to have)
