We are hiring for multiple positions on our User Experience team at the Staff and Senior level. On this team you’ll have the opportunity to work on many of our B2B and B2C product areas. You'll shape Salesforce's user experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to bring your visions to life. Clouds where we are hiring our next stellar Staff or Senior Designer:

Customer Data Platform (CDP)

Salesforce CDP enables marketers to collect and unify data from Salesforce Clouds and other first- and third-party sources to deliver more personalized experiences for their customers. We are looking for a dedicated and eager UX designer (Staff or Senior Product Design level) in Atlanta, Boston, Indianapolis, New York City, or San Francisco to design features that provide more intelligent, actionable, and trusted data to marketers. As part of cross-functional and highly collaborative team of designers, researchers, and engineers, you’ll help shape the experience and tools used by our customers for Data, Artificial Intelligence and Analytics. Experience / Skills Required

  • Able to successfully manage all aspects of a project from start to finish

  • Must be self-motivated, a good communicator, comfortable following direction, and able to balance great design with meeting short deadlines

  • Able to produce results independently as well as collaboratively in a team

  • Experience utilizing market and consumer user experience research trends and patterns to inform design concepts. Your designs are data-informed and are able to measure their impact.

  • Bring consumer-grade experiences to enterprise products.

  • Experience designing for SaaS platforms like CRM, Commerce, Marketing, CMS or Enterprise products

  • Experience designing enterprise dashboards and reports for large data sets

  • Expert knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, OmniGraffle, Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator

  • Ability to communicate your ideas to a wide variety of key stakeholders

  • Ability to lead and manage large design initiatives

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Responsibilities:

  • Compellingly communicate your ideas to a wide range of key stakeholders

  • Function as a bridge across disciplines, such as Design, Product, Engineering, and Marketing

  • Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and user research to create a vision for your product area

  • Own various web and mobile application features, interfaces, and experiences

  • Create designs that adhere to and extend the existing style guide

  • Generate detailed specs of final designs that allow devs to build accurately

  • Work with devs and QE to deliver polished final product

  • Evangelize new interface guidelines and design patterns

  • Mentor new members of design staff
