As a Supply Chain Liaison, you would be responsible for the daily ordering and approval of PPE, disinfectant and miscellaneous supplies for all CPN and
Your exceptional qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Other Successful completion of a Medical Assistant Certification (Required)
Required Certifications/Licensures: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
1+ years: Knowledge of PPE and disinfectant use. (Preferred)
1+ years: Clinical experience (medical assistant or higher). (Required)
Your exceptional experience
Receive and process PPE results via SharePoint submission form, telephone or email.
Develop and maintain relationships with practice managers/administrators and Clinical Nurse Leads to establish trust andunderstanding of practice needs.
Determine realistic needs while following network protocols and recommendations. Concentrate on need vs. want.
Develop and maintain relationships with PPE warehouse staff and members of supply chain.
Reinforce education on PPE guidelines, protocols, COVID-19, and cleaning with substitute products due to limited supplies of “usual”cleaning projects.
Problem-solve supply issues such as supply burn rates, policy changes, and supply/inventory changes- and the ability to make “on thespot” decisions regarding PPE/ supply need.
Provide accurate data entry of PPE/supply request into SharePoint or designated form entry system- based on practice request andpractice need.
Develop a global knowledge of the network PPE status, needs, network goals, changes in COVID-19 status in central Indiana and otherPPE impacted information.
Develop a “high level understanding” of PPE use as determined by the network PPE leadership.
