Oracle Supply Chain Operations Program Manager – Corporate Architecture in Indianapolis, Indiana
Working closely with Supply Chain and Design Engineering teams, will be responsible for leading the supply chain product lifecycle actives with support from experienced Operations Program Managers as required. Will participate in strategic projects and manage improvement initiatives.
Supports Product Lifecycle activities to include Bill of Material (BOM) management; New Product Introduction (NPI) activities; material transitions; and End of Life (EOL) management as demonstrated by key activities in each of these areas with support from experienced Operations Program Managers as required. Can manage through the pressure associated with mission critical programs; have detailed organization techniques to manage multiple, concurrent programs; and strong relationship building skills to enable effective influencing and results. Can deliver succinct, impactful and professional communication. Works collaboratively and easily builds networks and rapport with diverse groups. Enhances Oracles competitive advantage by demonstrating an understanding of unique internal and/or external customer needs and how to meet them. Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently with support as needed from more experienced Operation Program Managers and within the defined policies and procedures of product life management. Key skills and abilities include influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving.Ability to work in a dynamic environment as shown by the ability to demonstrate resilience in times of change and uncertainty. Proven communication skills with the ability to gain 'win-win' outcomes with colleagues or customers. Prefer 2 years relevant experience and BA/BS degree.

The Supply Chain Operations team manages several contract manufacturer sites in the USA and Asia for PCBA, server, and rack level assemblies in support of compute, data storage, and networking services in Oracle’s cloud. This includes factory process, product quality, production capacity, change management, operations projects and programs, policy/process/specification documentation, factory moves and new production line qualification. We work closely with hardware design and product management teams as well as other teams in Supply Chain Ops, Cloud Ops, and other business functions as necessary.

What You’ll Do:
The Operations Program Manager will be responsible for managing NPI and sustaining for rapidly accelerating Cloud products. They will be the face of Operations and will work daily with Design Engineering and Cloud installation teams around the globe. Their primary focus is managing product compliance to NPI readiness, production and road map specifications. This includes, but is not limited to, BOM definition, material positioning strategies, production continuity, factory infrastructure/tooling, capacity planning, forecast planning, process definition, schedule planning and execution, ECO implementation planning, weekly management reviews and risk mitigation.

This person has detailed organization techniques to manage more than one complex program at a time and strong relationship-building skills to allow for effective influencing and results. In this role, you will be working toward:
Understanding of manufacturing, product life-cycle management, supply chain operations, and Cloud deployments.
Learning and using Oracle standard ERP software suite and internally developed tools, Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting and Data Visualizer, Slack, Atlassian Confluence and Jira, Zoom, etc.

Have at least a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or an equivalent field by August 2021.

Have demonstrated experience with at least 3 of the following through academic course work, projects, internships, and/or research:
o Project management, team leadership and management, problem resolution, risk management, or equivalent areas
Are proficient (e.g. able to complete projects with no assistance) with desktop productivity tools (e.g. spreadsheets, text documents, presentations).
Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US.
Authorized to work in the US in 2021.
