Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Physical Security program components including (but not limited to): SCIF accreditation/Assessment and Authorization activities (documentation preparation), Security Sustainment activities, (SCIF and Closed area alarm system sustainment, TEMPEST management), conducting self-inspections, Operations (Facilities support), security education and awareness and Lock & Key installation and management and Badge Office support. This position interfaces with other Physical Security team members, other security disciplines (industrial security, information security, special programs security, etc.) program personnel and government security representatives. Required Skills: Must be able to obtain a TS with SSBI security clearance Strong people and teamwork and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels Candidate must have an understanding of the National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) specifically ICD 705, TEMPEST and related IC source documents Candidate must interact with peers within contractor and government communities to maintain departmental goals and objectives to continually fulfill departmental vision and mission statement Excellent organizational skills Excellent presentation, oral written and graphical communication skills Desired Skills: Currently hold an active TS SSBI security clearance Physical Security experience preferred Technical knowledge concerning Access Control Systems (ACS) and Intrusion Detection Systems (UL2050 requirements) and ACS/IDS networking desired Locksmith experience preferred Badge Office experience preferred The desired candidate must be a self-starter, highly motivated and able to work with little guidance Required Education (including Major): Bachelor's Degree related to Security and/or Business Management preferred or 6 years experience in related Security field This req can be either a G06 or G07 115481
