Raytheon Technologies Technical Security Specialist I in Indianapolis, Indiana

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for Physical Security program components including (but not limited to): Site Guard Force management, Secure Area accreditation/Assessment and Authorization activities (documentation preparation), Security Sustainment activities, (Secure Area alarm system sustainment, TEMPEST management), conducting self-inspections, Operations (Facilities support), security education and awareness and Lock & Key installation and management. This position interfaces with other Physical Security team members, other security disciplines (Industrial Security, Cyber Security, Special Programs Security, etc.) program personnel and government security representatives.

Required Skills:

Must be able to obtain Top Secret Security Clearance

Strong people, teamwork and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels

Candidate must have a thorough working knowledge of the National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) specifically ICD705, TEMPEST and related IC source documents

Candidate must interact with peers within contractor and government communities to maintain departmental goals and objectives

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent presentation, oral, written and graphical communication skills

Desired Skills:

Currently hold an active Top Secret Security Clearance

Physical Security experience preferred

Technical knowledge concerning Access Control Systems (ACS) and Intrusion Detection Systems (UL2050 requirements) and ACS/IDS network desired

Guard Force Management skills is a plus

The desired candidate must be a self-starter, highly motivated and able to work with little guidance

Required Education (including Major):

Bachelor's Degree (Related to Security and/or Business Management preferred) or 8 years of experience in lieu of degree

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
