Humana Technology Transformation Lead (Work at Home / Virtual Optional) in Indianapolis, Indiana


Provides strategic and tactical guidance along with developing and executing Technology Transformation objectives across the organization. Serves as the DRI for the transformation of their assigned area, managing and guiding all elements of resource, process, technology, and other agility barrier removal to occur. Becomes the change agent and relationship manager with business partners, vendor/partners, etc. in establishing new agile routines & guidelines for key enterprise Technology processes.

Job Description

*Responsible for education, skilling, and catalyst for agility for a defined enterprise-level technology area of responsibility

*Represents the collective of their assigned area in all ways of working changes being implemented

*Analyze development, delivery, and product areas to produce a go-forward recommendation on movement to more agile ways of working

*Leverages standards, offerings, methods, and tools for use by aligned technology processes

*Co-create go-forward team agility approach inclusive of learning/skilling, operating model, product team attributes, methods, and tools in partnership with aligned leaders and Agility initiative

*Tracks and Measures the proliferation and use of agile principles, standards, and adoption for aligned processes

*Develop and maintain acumen and expertise in agile methods & frameworks, product knowledge, technical knowledge, and industry and process knowledge in relevant areas

*Produces and delivers communications, presentations, and other methods of socializing, building awareness, and building work plans for technology transformation, aligned with enterprise agility, within their aligned area of responsibility

*Builds eminence as an agile thought leader

*Participates in the agile community at Humana, helping to shape approaches consistently across teams, representing the collective IT organization

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of digital/technical experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of product leadership experience

  • Experience with large scale Agile transformation
