Job Description


Are you an organized individual with excellent attention to detail? Do you like ensuring accuracy of paperwork and have a knack for taking written information and accurately entering it into applications in a high volume setting? If so, we have an outstanding opportunity in our Finance organization! Reporting to the Manager, Credit Transactions, you would be responsible for processing paperwork related to returned goods, shipping carrier returns, entering credits into our system of record, and supporting many aspects of the overall returns and credit processes. Your real passion for providing uncommon customer service and work output chips into our organization and your immediate team. Specific job duties assigned to you may vary according to business need and may be reassigned.


  • Coordinate customer support through shared mailboxes associated with credit transactions

  • Support audit preparation by prepping/scanning backup documentation into the appropriate repository

  • Initiate timely product returns through coordination with third party carriers

  • Prepare paperwork associated with defective and non-defective product returns

  • Data entry of credit/debit memos and sales orders into SAP

  • General office duties including incoming phone calls, email monitoring

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • 3-5 years in an office environment or equivalent training and experience

  • Intermediate digital literacy including experience with Microsoft Office suite

  • Data entry experience a plus

  • Ability to use a computer for 8 hours per day

  • Problem solver who enjoys analysis to ensure accuracy and quality

  • Courteous team member and individual contributor

  • Strong verbal and written skills

  • Ability to handle varied priorities and adjust autonomously
