Description Job Description IT Business Partner Indianapolis, IN As the IT Business Partner for Rolls-Royce, you'll work with senior management and executive teams to build IT strategies that support the overall business strategy. Key Accountabilities Managing strategic digital relationships across the business and GBS to ensure relevancy and performance of IT for the business Ensuring digital roadmaps remain relevant and associated multiyear investment plans are in place to unlock digital value and maintain business continuity Having Total Cost ownership for digital capability Delivering business benefits to time, cost and quality with appropriate sponsorship, governance and escalations in place across the business teams and GBS Ensuring the IT services remain appropriate and relevant within your area of accountability, assuring that they are run to the agreed service levels Providing input into Business Continuity planning and Risk Management, ensuring focus and mitigation actions are delivering Being an advocate for innovation, end user experience and promote digital culture Being a champion for digital change within Rolls-Royce and sharing opportunities to enable the business through the use of existing tools and future roadmaps Rolls-Royce is a Military Friendly Employer.
