Qualifications
The IT Plant Shift Lead (IT Technical Support Supervisor) will be responsible for leading IT employees on responsible shift/crew. This includes ensuring support for infrastructure and production processes at FCA assembly plants for all corporate applications that are critical to meeting the objectives of manufacturing, while minimizing lost production due to IT-related issues. The IT Plant Shift Lead will deliver seamless continuity during shift transition; coordinate all plant related IT activities, including facilitation of on roll and contract workers; act as the local single IT point of focus for manufacturing and; interface with plant management, IT support team, and corporate IT senior leadership for assigned crew/shift.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, ITM, or Business with IT concentration, or related area
5+ years of Information & Communication Technology experience
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of personnel (CAW, management, executive management)
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in related field
5+ years of ICT experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of FCA manufacturing systems
