Job Description:

QuEST Global is seeking a Quality Reviewer to join our rapidly growing Center at our QuEST Domestic Center (QDC) in Lafayette, IN. The role is tasked with driving quality in project completion, working closely with a local team, and coordinating with other Centers across North America.

Essential Job Functions:

In this position, you will drive high quality completion of deliverable. Regular communication with a local team and other Centers is required. The Technical Reviewer will be tasked with tracking deliverable completion, deliverable quality, and meeting quality compliance standards. This role requires a highly motivated individual who takes initiative, proactively plans for risks, and drives high quality performance. Must have great interpersonal and communication skills, as well as an acute attention to detail. Willingness to learn and grow is a must.

Specific roles and responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing FAI packages completed by suppliers and comparing to engineering documentation to ensure quality of manufacturing

  • Review of material and process certifications to confirm specification compliance

  • Submitting process improvement recommendations

  • Learning the needed technical quality processes to ensure deliverable accuracy and quality

  • Ensuring strict compliance to QuEST processes and standards

Qualifications:

We are seeking a candidate who is flexible and can easily adapt to our dynamic environment. The Project Lead must be able to prioritize tasks for themselves and for the project execution team, and must work well to deadlines. Other requirements include:

  • AS degree in manufacturing, mechanical, or aerospace technical discipline required

  • 2+ years of experience with reading and working with blueprints preferred

  • Basic understanding of GD&T, and/or drafting experience required

  • Ability to read and track specifications on what processes need to be done and how they should be done

  • Exposure to the aerospace industry is a plus

  • 2+ years of experience with customer service/interaction is preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software is required

  • Demonstration of QuEST core values and cultural pillars is required

  • US Citizenship required due to the nature of the project work content
