Our client located in Michigan City, IN is looking for a Desktop Tech to work Mondays only from 8AM to 5PM. This is an ongoing opportunity ideal for an Independent Consultant.

Deskside Support Resources – High level proficiency in PC workstation software support, hardware maintenance (including printer, laptops, and workstation), clear communications and advanced customer support experience.

• Tech Bar Technical Support Services

• Tech Bar Service Request Support

• Software application support

• Hardware break/fix support

• Assist with new hires process

• Assist with Service Request tickets

• Assist with incident and problem management

• Provide any other assistance within the skillset of resources ability as required

• A+ certification or any industry certifications a HUGE Plus

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
