Building training programs and training aids for existing and new products
Developing relationships through training with dealerships
Provide end user training for client

This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle, feel, or reach. This position is not very active when it comes to movement and requires a lot of typing and sitting in a chair.
Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather that the whole hand as in handling
Occasionally exerting up to 10 lbs. of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body
Required to have close acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts
Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive information through oral communication
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time salary position and the expected work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; weekend and overnight work may be necessary.
Required Education and Experience
Strong technical aptitude, preferably in LCI parts and RV applications
Ability to utilize all available resources including co-workers
Able to interpret descriptions of Coach parts/ equipment and translate those into clear instructions for the audience
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude at all times
Demonstrate experience in sequential processing -utilizing multiple software programs
Ability to assess and evaluate the work of technicians
Knowledge of company policies and procedures
Ability to reflect LCI core values in both customer interaction and the interaction of co-workers
Preferred Education and Experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to communicate positively in a stressful environment
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be able to pass EVerify.
