Your role will also work collaboratively with the campus community to integrate enterprise systems to fit the needs of the university and support their daily operations. MINIMUM EDUCATION Bachelor s degree MINIMUM EXPERIENCE Three years of experience managing enterprise systems including general maintenance, applying patches, and troubleshooting. Experience supporting critical enterprise systems as a primary point of contact. MINIMUM OTHER Proven analytical skills to acquire an understanding of business process workflow; strong communication and organizational skills. Must be willing to own responsibility for critical information systems; must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed to support scheduled updates, and respond to unplanned outages on a 24 hour-a-day, 365 day-a-year basis. AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN THE US Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. PREFERRED EDUCATION Bachelor s degree in computer science or other IT related field. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Five years of experience managing Ellucian ERP Systems and Oracle Databases including general maintenance, applying patches, and troubleshooting. Experience with managing an enterprise environment using both Redhat and Windows operating systems. Experience working with end-users to enhance their utilization of enterprise software systems.
