Job Details:Reporting to the Clinical Systems Integration Supervisor, the Analyst will primarily work as a liaison between the affiliated physician office staff and Community Healthcare Partners (CHP) Leadership in support of quality performance and contractual reporting goals. The Analyst delivers provider education, analytical and application support, user assistance with quality documentation and office workflows to support evidence-based delivery of care. The Analyst leads and performs complex clinical and operational analysis in an evolving data environment while collecting and studying data to reveal ways to enhance data capture. The Analyst contributes to the preparation of information and reports that are elevated to decision makers to help make fact-based business decisions and promote optimal clinical care. The analyst makes recommendations about the data collection and management methodology to better support CHP quality reporting goals. The Analyst establishes and manages working relationships with providers and their office staff to understand their needs and promote quality improvement within community Healthcare Partners. Utilizes organizational perspective to promote standardization. Identifies training needs for ongoing education to Physicians and their office staff as needed. The analyst participates in structured quality improvement activities, gap closure and reporting for all CHP public and commercial payer contracts To qualify, you must have: · Indiana RN License required; must maintain license and/or certification per state guidelines.· Minimum 5 years of experience in either Clinical, Quality or Operational Analysis with a basic understanding of healthcare systems and general operations.· Technical skills, business intelligence and a full understanding of the needs of the office and organization. Strong understanding of clinical quality metrics, reporting and driving quality care delivery. Strong business process analysis and interpersonal skills. Experience and understanding of Physician/Physician office staff relationships. Proficiency in using Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, Internet and Intranet required.Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and other computer system applications. PowerPoint and other analytical applications such as Crystal Reports and SAS are a plus; must be able to develop simple graphs and charts to explain how the analysis will influence the business.Possess exceptional verbal, written communication and presentation skills, analytical and data management skills knowledge necessary to explain results of statistical findings in layman terms a business customer will understand.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collegially and collaboratively with all levels and functions with the company to foster partnership and teamwork.A strong awareness of the ambulatory business environment and operational knowledge is needed.System/workflow analysis experience needed.Must have the ability to use cognitive reasoning to analyze, diagnose and resolve problems.Excellent organizational and project management skills with the attention to detail, without losing focus on the overall objective and goal.Excellent problem-solving, organization and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and multi-task while working in a collaborative, team environment with a positive attitude.Must be able to work in a fast paced, technical and cross-functional environment.Position will require local travel to/from our network's physician practices and immediate care locations.
