Community Healthcare System Compensation Analyst in Munster, Indiana

Job Details:Assists in the design, development, execution and communication of organization's compensation programs, tools and processes. Conducts analysis of jobs, hourly wages, salaries and incentives in order to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, as well as legal compliance of the organization's pay practices. Assists with the development and implementation of compensation training and projects. Requirements:· Bachelors' degree in Business, Finance Human Resources Management or related discipline.· 3-5 years progressive experience in compensation, preferably healthcare.· Must have an understanding of compensation theory and practice including job evaluation, salary administration and knowledge of federal/state regulations related to compensation.· Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.· Exceptional organization, mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills, with accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while prioritizing and meeting deadlines.· Strong computer skills including MS Word, Outlook and HRIS Systems (PeopleSoft).· Advanced MS Excel skills (including advanced formulas, pivot tables) to manipulate data for analysis and reporting. · Excellent oral and written communication skills.· Must be customer-service focused and able to interact effectively with all levels of employees and managers in a team-based environment. High level of agility and sense of urgency in dealing with clients and executives.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information.
