Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, processing, storing, using, physically allocating parts and distributing the materials required for the assembly / manufacture of ultrasound products.

Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Inspect and treat materials according to SOP (standard operating procedure)

  • Make physical movements of materials from one location to another using hand trucks or forklifts

  • Physically and systematically receive / deliver individual exit slips to internal and external services, quantify and verify inventory

  • Process products against purchase orders and work orders using an electronic management system

  • Coordinate with on-site and / or off-site warehouses for the replenishment of parts and products to be stored

  • Collaborate with logistics and production staff concerned to overcome / prevent stock shortages

  • Manage / control important documents required for registration, assignment and distribution of a variety of regulated products

  • Perform cycle audits and physical inventory according to schedule

  • Participate in the reconciliation of stock differences and report the differences to the Team Leader

  • Comply with environmental, health and safety (EHS) and quality system regulations and policies

  • Read and follow work instructions and nomenclatures

  • Perform other assigned tasks and / or special projects


  • High school Diploma/GED or local equivalent

  • Ability to communicate well and work with others

  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to consistently lift up to 35 lbs.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a WMS (Warehouse Management System)

  • Pervious Forklift experience
