Position Information

Job Description

This position serves as the direct University representative on a variety of construction projects including new buildings, renovations, remodeling, utilities, roads, and other site improvements. The position manages the pre-design (defining project objectives, scope, and constraints), design, bidding, construction, and post-occupancy phases of these projects.

This position requires the ability to develop, monitor and manage multiple design and construction projects and project teams simultaneously. All aspects of schedule management, cost management, and design leadership are important skills for success in this position.

Minimum Qualifications

*7 or more years experience in a similar position. *Minimum 5 year Bachelor of Architecture degree. *Professional license as a registered architect. *Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google G Suite

Preferred Qualifications

*Proficiency in AutoCad, Revit, Sketchup and like 3D design tools.
