U.S. Bank’s Corporate Payment Systems Team is seeking a motivated Data Warehouse Lead with data analytics/data warehouse and data transformation experience to contribute toward the success of our project initiatives. Perform development and installation activities for the project team. Reviews and influences design and development. Interacts with customers to ensure solutions are developed to meet business needs.

Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years work experience.
Strong knowledge of relational databases and Data Warehouse Architecture / BI concepts.
ETL experience - (Informatica and/or DataStage).
Exceptional Analytical and Communication Skills.
Strong DB2 and IDAA concepts.
Database analysis and workflow analysis.
Experience working within Agile methodologies.
Provide recommendations & consultations on the design of solutions for maximum efficiency and performance.
Define data dependency and design to integrate data from multiple source systems in to the warehouse.
Experience with Data Mapping / Data Analysis including the discovery, analysis and documentation of data requirements, data and process flows, use cases, and test cases.
OLAP/OLTP designing and developing enterprise-wide repositories. Define usage of queries/reporting tools to support, analyze large volumes of information within corporate data warehouse. Solid SQL Knowledge and hands on development experience with ETL tools such as Informatica.
Experienced in ETL Development, Mainframe DB2/IDAA. Develops and trains less experienced technical staff. Operates under deadlines with multiple project responsibility. Demonstrated ability to analyze technical information evaluate products, services and vendors, and make recommendations. Exceptional technical, logical, analytical, and problem solving skills. Modeling of data, process, events, and objects.
Business process modeling.
Familiarity with advanced indexing, normalization, triggers, security grants and DB connection parameters.
Applies the highest level technical skill and expertise or project/team leadership to highly complex projects and problems. Requires exceptional expertise in development and detailed knowledge of industry trends. Competent at the highest technical level, understands whole systems architecture, has multi-systems knowledge and background. Possesses full systems development expertise and is considered the application expert.
Ability to recognize issues, take ownership and drive to resolution with minimal supervision, and to escalate issues appropriately.
