Develops profitable new integration and referral partnerships.
Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services.
Generate new referral partnership opportunities.
Makes presentations to prospective partners informing them of benefits of products and services and how those products and services can benefit their downstream customers.
Implements and maintains an effective referral network and call program.
Coordinates with internal partners to ensure our new partners are compliant to U.S. Bank regulatory and compliance standards.
10 years of related work experience.
Expert-level of knowledge of a specific business line or functional area.

Thorough level of knowledge in project management.
Well-developed ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data.
Well-developed knowledge of assigned business line or functional area.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Well-developed sales and new business development skills.
Willingness to some cold calls to prospective partners.
Advanced knowledge of commercial payment products including virtual cards.
Advanced knowledge of CPS products, services, operations, policies and procedures.
Thorough knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations.
Strong marketing and negotiating skills, emphasizing the development of sales strategies and goals.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service/relation skills with ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues
