U.S. Bank Vendor Management Implementation Manager - Open to Remote Work Locations in US in Richmond, Indiana
U.S. Banks Servicing Division is seeking Vendor Management Implementation Manager who will assist in managing the implementation of third parties within the Bank’s risk/control/audit guidelines.
This role will interface with our Business Line partners to ensure contract terms are accurately reflected, Technology (TOS) to manage VLAN/VDI and other connectivity roadblocks are cared for, Project Management to report on the progress and milestones of strategic initiatives and other teams to ensure the timely and accurate implementation of critical business processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Services, a very strong operational acumen, project management competencies and keen interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Ten or more years of experience in an applicable risk management environment
Considerable knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business
Considerable understanding of the business line’s operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
Considerable knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies
Strong process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills
Must possess business acumen and credibility to help business line(s) proactively identify and address changing workforce needs
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
