Position Description/Overview: The Advisor is responsible for leading employee/physician engagement and integrated improvement initiatives with the clients he/she serves by delivering complex and customized analysis and proven solutions. The focus may range from advanced analytic, best practice, and/or integrated solutions based on client needs. Client solutions will include advanced and more highly customized products and services for unique needs. The Advisor will be an organizational development, employee engagement, change management, and/or performance improvement expert and will have direct accountability for partnering with client senior leadership to improve organizational outcomes and meet strategic goals. This position requires up to 25% travel to client organizations to build strong, committed, working relationships with client and decision makers. This role will initially support Strategic Management Decisions, a Press Ganey Solution. Duties and Responsibilities: Provides strategic Advisory support for engagement services clients, as outlined below. The focus may range between analytic and best practice support, based on client need and individual competencies/goals: * Provides Advisory oversight and support for onboarding of new clients or new services according to standard Press Ganey process and leveraging the appropriate account team resources. With large or complex clients, may act as lead Advisor, coordinating the support of additional Associate Advisors or PG Subject Matter Experts to ensure a successful and timely process. * Partners with client to create a Training Plan that is based upon recommendations from past successful implementations. Provides training and support (webinars and onsite trainings) for Press Ganey online tools, data analysis, and report interpretation) to primary contact and others as directed by client. * Completes standard patient experience and/or engagement project deliverables or analytic reports as assigned (including, but not limited to, Engagement Executive Overviews and Key Driver Analyses). * Provides direction and education to clients on developing dashboards and advanced analytic reports using PG data sources Engagement and Safety. Recommends custom report development when appropriate and facilitate CRA process as needed. * Provides client support and recommendations for goal-setting strategy and process. * Leverages Press Ganey s knowledgebase to share trends, key drivers and top performer best practices in patient experience, engagement, safety and/or other relevant industry research. * Creates and documents a comprehensive partnership plan for the client articulating the organizational goals, priority areas for improvement, and how they will be implemented by the client and supported by the Advisor. Partnership plans may be focused on analytics, best practice implementation, or a combination of these. * Provides ongoing client support, offering the client a choice of Advisory support models and providing as per selected scenario. * Monitors the efficacy of current data and improvement strategies and recommend course corrections as needed. * Provides leadership, direct mentoring, and professional development coaching to client data management and/or improvement primary contacts. * Develops ongoing professional relationships with key stakeholders. *
