Summary/Objective

In this role, you’ll take lead in all Customer Experience research efforts. You will bring clarity to Customer needs by capturing, consolidating, sorting, and reporting the top findings out of the collected feedback through the Lippert Scouts program, Brand Ambassadors and beyond. The ideal candidate has a passion for people, process, and technology.

Essential Functions

  • Document, create and support focus groups, interviews, and surveys to gain greater understanding of Camper sentiment and opinions as needed for demographic research and commissioned internal projects.

  • Coordinate recruitment and selection of participants, distribution of product, and timed/scheduled survey follow up.

  • Listen across many social channels for themes and relevant surfaced topics that Campers are talking about. Channels include Forums, Social Media groups and posts, news sources, and more.

  • Own the platform(s) used to distribute analyzed feedback. (ex. GetFeedback, PowerBI)

  • Attend relevant meetings to stay informed of research opportunities and provide roll-up updates to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with teammates to leverage department programs and relationships (Brand Ambassador, Scouts on the Move, etc.).

  • Participate in the Lippert Scouts community as a Moderator and Lippert Representative

Supervisory Responsibility

This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position is lightly active and requires 10% standing and walking. The employee may have to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly talk and listen. This position requires typing and sitting in a chair for up to 8 hours a day.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are determined by your reporting manager.

Travel

Travel will be minimal and would be primarily local during the business day.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Prior Market research experience

  • Ability to synthesize various pieces of feedback into easy to understand summaries and action items

  • Microsoft Office experience

  • Tableau/Power BI experience

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Must be able to pass EVerify.
