A. JOB SUMMARY:

The Sr. Technical Recruiter will effectively manage full-cycle recruiting for technical positions including developing recruiting strategies for key technical positions (IT, Engineering, etc.…) for multiple locations to ensure a consistent applicant flow, providing hiring managers with diverse candidate pools.

B. DUTIES:

The ability to communicate effectively, provide high touch quality customer focus; while managing multiple tasks will be essential in the Senior Technical Recruiter.

I. Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, closing) for multiple roles and teams, in multiple locations with a focus on technical qualifications and skills

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand priorities, technical goals, position requirements and other key factors

• Pre-screen candidates and provide hiring manager with a diverse slate of candidates

• Design and develop a holistic technical recruiting strategy with input from the hiring manager

• Support a non-biased, efficient, and effective interview process

• Use a data-driven approach to optimize the hiring funnel for technical positions

• Thrive to foster to create and maintain a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce

• Successfully maintain a detailed process of managing high volume recruiting for multiple locations

• Effectively communicate and provide status updates with team members, hiring managers, and all parties involved in the hiring process

• Manages job postings, attends job fairs, and supports events to increase employer brand awareness

II. Supervisory Responsibilities:

The Senior Technical Recruiter does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

C. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS

I. Basic Qualification

• Bachelors degree

• 5+ years’ experience sourcing and recruiting for technical positions

• 5+ years’ developing recruiting strategies with hiring managers to ensure diverse candidate slates

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience

II. Preferred Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Able to proactively and collaboratively work with internal team members, departments and external vendors

• Previous experience working as a technical recruiter at a software company
