The CRM/SFE Business Manager is responsible for leading all CRM and SFE user adoption and business end-user support services designed to drive incremental value for the business. Primary responsibilities include leading a team of Business Analysts and partnering with other business team members and IT to ensure execution of the testing, deployment, training, and ongoing support/communication of CRM and SFE related systems and activities. This position involves a high degree of field facing training, support and communication as well as cross-functional coordination and interaction with multiple levels and functions within the organization. This position will also lead or be a key contributor to numerous departmental projects and system/process enhancements.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead front line end user support personnel in the daily support and delivery of CRM and SFE applications Lead and contribute in the delivery of end user in-person and virtual training sessions Lead ongoing field communications and refresher trainings in order to maximize user adoption and realize value Create and implement change management and communication plans relative to learning and adopting new and existing systems and related processes Contribute in the project stages of initiation, design and prototyping Lead the project stages of testing, training, deployment and support Contribute to the creation and implementation of the CRM/SFE Strategic Roadmap Monitor leading and neglected KPIs as appropriate and ensure data integrity as applicable Maintain and communicate system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrityExpected Areas of CompetenceMust have experience leading the implementation, training and adoption of CRM and SFE systems in a rapid deployment timeline through face-to-face and remote/video conference methods Strong project management and collaboration skills with the ability to lead a cross-functional team and build relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally with users ranging from executive to line level Excellent verbal and written communication skills (i.e. facilitation, listening, writing, questioning, etc) Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder interaction skills Ability to effectively lead a team and initiate complex change Ability to seek out process improvement opportunities and make recommendations Ability to quickly understand and adapt to processes, policies and systems used by internal and external personnel Consistently show energy, drive, accountability, due diligence and detail orientationEducation/Experience Requirements3-5 years experience with direct people leadership/management 3-5 years experience with training and support of CRM/SFE implementations Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant field required MBA or graduate degree preferred Previous experience working in healthcare preferredTravel RequirementsUp to 15%Additional InformationEOE M/W/Vet/Disability At Zimmer Biomet, we believe in The Power of Us, which means that we are stronger together.
