Aerotek Manufacturing/Process Development Engineer in Warsaw, Indiana
This position will sit in Hudson, WI when onsite work resumes
This position is a Manufacturing/Process Development Engineer with medical device or pharma industry experience; their role will consist of planning the manufacturing processes, buying equipment, validating the equipment (IQ/OQ/PQ), and determine what parts and tools may be needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience in a medical device manufacturing setting working with small assemblies/components
Plan and design manufacturing processes for a highly regulated industry (Med device and pharmaceutical drug delivery).
Has built Automation equipment in the manufacturing environment
Knows Automation ramp up from development stage manufacturing to high volume manufacturing;
Duties
Determine parts and tools needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification
Customer interfacing- requirement creation, project status updates, etc.
Define and purchase equipment
Develop and implement “Manumation”, and “Automation”
Maximize efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods and work force utilization
Drive improvement of unit cost
